In a setting that evokes the romance and intrigue of Morocco - Arabic artwork lining the walls and comfortably inviting banquet seating upholstered in rich fabrics of royal blues, reds and gold's surrounding candle-filled tables - Aldar presents guests with a unique opportunity to dine on authentic Moroccan cuisine. Guests may choose to dine inside or 'al fresco' under the stars.

Traditional delicacies such as a delicious 'Pigeon Pastilla,' and mouth-watering 'Chicken Couscous,' and a traditional 'Lamb Tajine,' are all masterfully prepared by our chefs from Marrakesh.
