In a setting that evokes the romance and intrigue of Morocco - Arabic artwork lining the walls and comfortably inviting banquet seating upholstered in rich fabrics of royal blues, reds and gold's surrounding candle-filled tables - Aldar presents guests with a unique opportunity to dine on authentic Moroccan cuisine.
Traditional delicacies such as a delicious 'Pigeon Pastilla,' and mouth-watering 'Chicken Couscous,' and a traditional 'Lamb Tajine,' are all masterfully prepared by our chefs from Marrakesh.
Guests may choose to dine inside or 'al fresco' under the stars. Serving dinner only from Wednesday to Sunday evenings, Aldar features live belly dancing entertainment twice a week. The restaurant is open seasonally from May through September.
