A truly 'al fresco' culinary experience, guests dine on a daily catch of seafood with dishes ranging from a generous platter of 'frutas do mar' to steamed Atlantic crab to the Algarve's most famous dish, 'Cataplana,' a delicate sauté of clams, chorizo and tomatoes.
